The exclusive eight-course menu, created by David Žefran, Emre Şen, Osman Sezener and Atilla Heilbronn, offered guests an unforgettable gastronomic journey.
Gault&Millau Türkiye continues its “Signature Dining Experience” series in 2026, bringing together gastronomy, travel and experiential hospitality through a collection of exclusive events hosted at distinguished destinations across Türkiye.

Following last year’s gatherings at Teruar Urla, Karma Bodrum, OD Urla and Maçakızı Bodrum, the first Gault&Millau Türkiye Signature Dining Experience of the new season was held on 2–3 June 2026 at Miraj Restaurant within Ruins Luxury Resort Bodrum.
An Exceptional Culinary Experience by Award-Winning Chefs
As part of the Gault&Millau Türkiye Tour, the two-day experience culminated on the evening of 3 June with the Signature Dining Experience dinner, bringing together some of the most respected names in gastronomy. David Žefran, Founder and Chef of Milka Restaurant in Slovenia, awarded four Toques by Gault&Millau Slovenia, joined forces with three-toque chefs Emre Şen, Founder and Chef of Casa Lavanda, Osman Sezener, Founder and Chef of OD Urla, and Atilla Heilbronn, Founder and Chef of Narımor Urla.
Together, they created an exclusive eight-course menu that united different culinary cultures at a single table. Featuring locally sourced ingredients interpreted through contemporary techniques, the dinner evolved into a remarkable gastronomic collaboration that reflected both creativity and regional identity.
Guests were welcomed to Ruins Luxury Resort on 2 June. The programme began with a four-course lunch prepared by Chef Emir Hakan at Senato Restaurant. In the evening, following a welcome cocktail reception, guests enjoyed a four-course dinner curated by Chef Atilla Heilbronn at Miraj Restaurant. The night continued with a special Sips experience hosted by world-renowned mixologist Simone Caporale.
On 3 June, the programme continued with experiences highlighting the spirit of the Aegean. Following breakfast featuring a dedicated Aegean-inspired corner, guests gathered at Ruins Beach for a traditional sharing-style lunch showcasing regional flavours prepared by Chef Kubilay Yıldırım. A local wine and cheese tasting later in the day provided further insight into the region’s gastronomic heritage.
The Signature Dining Experience dinner began with a cocktail reception before welcoming guests to an evening celebrating culinary collaboration. David Žefran, holder of four Gault&Millau Toques, joined three-toque chefs Emre Şen, Osman Sezener and Atilla Heilbronn to present an eight-course menu designed exclusively for the occasion.
Bringing together different culinary traditions and perspectives, the experience reflected Gault&Millau Türkiye’s commitment to creating meaningful gastronomic encounters that go beyond dining and celebrate culture, craftsmanship and hospitality.
The event concluded with a breakfast gathering at The Bodrum Edition on 4 June.
