The Gault&Millau Türkiye Signature Dining Experience series is preparing to bring gastronomy enthusiasts together at Club Marvy for a special culinary experience featuring a collaborative menu by Tekuna Gachechiladze, Ahmet Güzelyağdöken and Çiğdem Seferoğlu.
On 18 July, the Gault&Millau Türkiye Signature Dining Experience series will unite three accomplished chefs at Club Marvy for an exclusive gastronomic gathering.
Ahmet Güzelyağdöken, Founder & Chef of Balmumu Dükkan Lokanta and recipient of 1 Gault&Millau Türkiye Toque; Tekuna Gachechiladze, Founder & Chef of Littera and recipient of 3 Gault&Millau Georgia Toques; and Çiğdem Seferoğlu, Founder & Chef of Hodan and recipient of 2 Gault&Millau Türkiye Toques, will welcome guests with a refined menu created especially for the evening and carrying the signatures of all three chefs.
Drawing inspiration from local ingredients and reinterpreting deep-rooted culinary traditions through contemporary techniques and creative touches, the three chefs will bring their individual culinary identities together in a distinctive gastronomic journey.
Bringing together stories from different geographies, seasonal ingredients and the chefs’ unique approaches to cuisine, this special gathering will mark the latest stop in the Gault&Millau Türkiye Signature Dining Experience series, which connects gastronomy through diverse culinary cultures and creative perspectives.
Set against the inspiring atmosphere of Club Marvy, the experience will bring together distinguished figures from the world of gastronomy while offering guests the opportunity to discover the chefs’ creativity and culinary philosophies.
