The Gault&Millau Türkiye Signature Dining Experience series will bring together leading figures from the world of gastronomy at Club Marvy on 17 July.
Cristina Bowerman, Founder & Chef of Buono.Italiano by Cristina Bowerman, awarded 1 Toque by Gault&Millau Türkiye; Floriano Pellegrino, Founder & Chef of Bros’; Sinem Özler, Founder & Chef of Seraf Restaurant, awarded 3 Toques by Gault&Millau Türkiye; and Grégoire Berger, Founder & Chef of Kraken, awarded 2 Toques by Gault&Millau UAE as well as the Impact Award, will join forces to create a collaborative menu exclusively for this special evening, taking guests on a distinctive culinary journey at Club Marvy.
Bringing together culinary perspectives that stretch from the Mediterranean to Anatolia, and from Italy to the Middle East, the evening will unite different traditions within a single menu. Each chef will contribute signature dishes reflecting their own culinary identity, while diverse techniques, personal flavour memories, and creative approaches come together to form a shared gastronomic narrative.
Set against Club Marvy’s nature-integrated setting and its gastronomy philosophy centred on locality, the experience will draw inspiration from the seasonal produce of the Aegean. Poised to become one of the most distinctive gatherings in the Signature Dining Experience series, the event will bring together international culinary perspectives in the unique atmosphere of Club Marvy.
