Ernest’s Bar, founded under the leadership of Barmaster Fatih Akerdem, is located inside Çok Çok Pera in Pera with a garden area that is used during the summer months. The favorites of legendary American writer Ernest Hemingway inspire drinks served here. The service staff is well-informed about the stories of the drinks and gives suggestions, which enhances guest satisfaction. There is also a separate section for cocktails that are made with Thai spices. The most preferred cocktail is the Sweet Temptation, which is made with plain tahini helva, rakı, and single cream.
