For this special evening, Gault&Millau 3-Toque awarded Maksut Aşkar, Founder & Chef of Neolokal; Gault&Millau 3-Toque awarded Zeynep Pınar Taşdemir, Founder & Chef of Araka; and Gault&Millau 3-Toque awarded Osman Serdaroğlu, Founder & Chef of Teruar Urla, will come together in the same kitchen to create an exclusive collaborative menu.
Gault&Millau Türkiye is preparing to add a new gathering in Bodrum to its Signature Dining Experience series, which brings together Türkiye’s leading gastronomic destinations, award-winning chefs and distinctive culinary experiences.
The fifth gathering of the 2026 season will take place at The Casa Cala Bodrum on the evening of September 2. For this special occasion, three leading chefs representing distinct culinary approaches within Türkiye’s gastronomic scene will come together around a single menu.
Gault&Millau 3-Toque awarded Maksut Aşkar, Founder & Chef of Neolokal; Gault&Millau 3-Toque awarded Zeynep Pınar Taşdemir, Founder & Chef of Araka; and Gault&Millau 3-Toque awarded Osman Serdaroğlu, Founder & Chef of Teruar Urla, will bring together dishes inspired by their individual culinary identities and gastronomic philosophies in a collaborative menu created exclusively for the evening.
Three Chefs, Three Distinct Culinary Approaches
Maksut Aşkar, who interprets Anatolia’s culinary heritage through a contemporary gastronomic language at Neolokal; Zeynep Pınar Taşdemir, whose approach at Araka is shaped by seasonality and a product-driven philosophy; and Osman Serdaroğlu, whose cuisine at Teruar Urla builds a strong connection with the ingredients and character of its surrounding geography, will come together at The Casa Cala Bodrum to create a shared gastronomic narrative.
Born from three distinct culinary backgrounds and creative perspectives, the exclusive menu will once again highlight the spirit of exchange and gastronomic interaction at the heart of the Signature Dining Experience series.
Signature Dining Experience Continues in Bodrum
Since last season, the Gault&Millau Türkiye Signature Dining Experience series has been bringing together leading figures from Türkiye and the international gastronomic scene through special gatherings across some of the country’s most notable culinary destinations.
The journey, which began in 2025 with Teruar Urla, Karma Bodrum, OD Urla and Maçakızı Bodrum, continued throughout the 2026 season at Ruins Luxury Resort, WAM by Karma Bodrum, Club Marvy and The Peninsula Istanbul.
The fifth gathering of the season at The Casa Cala Bodrum will mark the series’ latest destination in Bodrum, bringing together three chefs, each awarded 3 Gault&Millau Toques, around a single collaborative menu.
Organized by Sözen Group, the official representative of Gault&Millau in Türkiye, the Signature Dining Experience series will continue to bring together diverse culinary cultures, award-winning chefs and Türkiye’s leading gastronomic destinations through distinctive experiences.
